Shipping policy

At Reclamation Organics, we believe beautiful products should arrive just as thoughtfully as they're made. Every order is carefully packed by our fulfillment partner, Lab Magenta, in Wisconsin, allowing us to focus on crafting exceptional, barrier-supportive skincare while ensuring your order is fulfilled with care and efficiency.

Order Processing

Orders placed Monday through Friday by 2:00 PM Central Time (Wisconsin) are typically packed and shipped the same business day.

Orders placed:

  • After 2:00 PM Central Time
  • On weekends
  • On major holidays

will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

During product launches, promotions, or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If this occurs, we'll always do our best to keep you informed.

Domestic & International Shipping

We proudly ship throughout the United States via UPS and USPS, and internationally via UPS and DHL through Shopify Markets Pro.

Available shipping options, estimated delivery times, and shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping service you select.

International orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) whenever available through Shopify Markets Pro. Applicable duties, taxes, and import fees are calculated and collected at checkout, helping ensure your package arrives without unexpected customs charges upon delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the journey.

Shipping Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@reclamationorganics.com. While we'll do our best to accommodate changes before your order ships, we cannot guarantee modifications once fulfillment has begun.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at hello@reclamationorganics.comwithin 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date). We'll work with you to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
